I have a laundry list of things that went wrong with the program so I wont even go into it.More of the same as other comments.
The worst part was the terrible customer service.I called and was told that it is Nvidia's fault that the software doesnt work.Then I was told to try it on XP even though the box claims that it"works with Vista".I also emailed and, what a suprise, no response.
Do I have sour grapes? YES!! I hate getting ripped off.
Amazon and anyone else who puts this product on their shelf should pull it before this software soils them as a reputable retailer.

I have had nothing but trouble with this program. It wont texture items correctly and is not easy to use. I recommend anything but this program.

I spent 2 hours creating a floor plan for our house, then I went to add in stairs and it screwed up the entire plan. Unfortunately, I saved it just after I put the stairs in. I couldn't delete the stairs, and it wouldn't let me do anything else the way it was...so I guess I have to start over and try again. I still don't know how to add stairs correctly without screwing it up. Help is worthless.

I was foolish to buy this before reading any reviews. I thought I could lay out cabinets like I can with Auto CAD, but at a very good price. Stairs don't work at all, my 3d did work, but was really hard to get lined up, objects don;t snap to correct points. I couldn't put a mirror in the middle of the wall, it automatically snapped to the corner. Junk, find something else if you can.

If it only worked properly it would be a really nice program. I too tried it on XP and Vista. The problem according to Tech Support is the NVIDIA card. They sent me some hotfixes but they didn't fix the problem. When I called back they said there was nothing else they could do and told me to check NVIDIA's website. That didn't help either. There's really no point in working with this program when your design can't be viewed in the 3D modes. A real disappointment!
