1Very Disappointing  Sep 15, 2009 By Sangkyun Park
It just teaches some words, many of which have English origin. Basically no sentence. It won't help understand Korean language or communicate with Koreans. Most Koreans understand many English words. So it will be pointless to say a few Korean words without making sentences.

2Amusing but weak.  Aug 12, 2010 By 오스카
As a beginner, you can learn quite a few bits of vocabulary. It honestly did help me get the tip of my foot in the door. It's also amusing to hear the native Korean voices come from the blinking, mouth-moving pictures of westerners.

But there is absolutely no context, no grammar, no reading lesson, no consideration for the dimensionality of the Korean language.

It SEEMS as if they take exactly the same program which they use for all the other dozens of languages they boast about, without changing so much as a single graphic or vocabulary item... and without any consideration of cultural difference (i.e. food vocabulary is all Western food.)

So, this program is amusing, but won't take you past the beginner level in the slightest. You can use it, but by no means should it be your main beginner-level study tool.

5FANTASTIC  Dec 23, 2010 By Amanda L. Larue
THIS WAS BETTER THAN I HAD EXPECTED IT TO BE. I LIKE LEARNING A NEW LANGUAGE AND THIS MAKES IT FUN.
