| Return Policy | | To return an item to our company, within 30 days of purchase date, please follow the following steps:
1- Contact AramediA at 1-781-849-0021, or email sales@aramedia.com and andrew@aramedia.com, state the order reference number, date, and any other details, in order to acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
2- Please note that there are No Returns on All Open Software Packages, you must contact us first for assistance.
3- All Translation software, Special Orders, Adobe, Systran, and Microsoft products are not returnable or refundable. Other unprotected software are also not returnable.
4- You must return the undamaged product at your own expense, including all of its packaging, contents, documentation, the blank warranty card (if available), etc., all must be unused and in original new condition.
5- Shipping fee is NEVER refunded.
6- All returned products are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee, except for defective products, after inspection. Unopened Exchanges are not subject to Restocking Fee.
7- All items come with our 30-day Guarantee against Defects. If your product is defective, all you have to do is call or Email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Defective software will be replaced upon receipt. We are not responsible for shipping either direction.
Defective software will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. We have made special arrangements, for our customers, to deal directly with the manufacturer. These products will be identified when you call us to get your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. We will, of course, stand behind our Buyer regarding the Guarantee and, if you have any questions, please send us an Email to sales@aramedia.com, or andrew@aramedia.com, call us at 1-781-849-0021.
8- Any lost, misplaced by the Courier, wholly or partially damaged, during delivery, is not the responsibility of AramediA. A claim with the courier will be filed. A replacement will only be shipped upon another payment and NOT in lieu of lost package, which becomes an Insurance Claim.
